We started a OD already and we are a few games in.. If we all delete the patch can we keep playing our dynastie or will it mess it up??

You won't be able to get online without the patch.

Yeah, you have to be up to date to play online. Let's all just hope that we don't have to restart any online dynasties once the patch does drop.
