I cant figure out how to do this anywhere.

A guy is a DC and wants to delete/resign and recreate himself as head coach. Possible?

Never heard of it. If you create a new coach in dynasty they start our with D prestige. If it's not possible/you can't figure it out you should just wait for a new job or start a new dynasty.
