Just Called by EA Sports regarding complaint

Imagine my surprise receiving a call from quality control of EA Sports after I lodged a complaint in these forums with the Better Business Bureau. I would like to say they pleasantly surprised me. They recorded my issues with the game, why I feel it doesn't work etc. and did their best to rectify the situation.

Listen, I'm tired as all of you with the amount of bugs on game day releases these days, but this was actually something refreshing.

Now I wait for the patch...no time line available except they are currently working on the roster fix as well as other things.

Hopefully more than the roster fix. That should be pushed out as soon as possible (along with freezing, or other game breakers).

never had the game freeze. but i hope they tune the defense extensively with the patch.

The crowd involvement and sound of the crowd should be on the list of fixes. Also the field sounds, the quiet tackling drives me crazy.

I dont really blame them.
Sports games are hard to do.
They have 1 year to take the game and add new inovations and with the inovations comes bugs and glitches. Other types of games can be delayed and pushed back but Sports games have to be released at the same time every year.
Luckily they can give us pathches to fix some of the things that are wrong with the game.

you know that there are sound sliders? turn everything down and field noise up. then turn your tv up. fixed.
