Anyone else skipping Madden for NCAA 12?

This is the first year in a few where NCAA 12 will hold my attention enough that I won't feel compelled to buy madden, imported draft classes or not. That, and the huge games (Battlefield 3) coming out this fall season.

Then on a personal level as much as I like college football ive grown to hate the NFL. I was actually hoping for the lockout to continue. But I digress.

I won't be buying Madden this year. I'm loving NCAA 12. One of the best NCAAs ever.

The flaws in NCAA discouraged me from buying Madden. If it turns out that a lot of what is wrong here is not seen there, I might pick it up in late fall, but with football back, don't really need it. I'd rather watch pro football usually. Haven't bought a Madden since '08. Maybe next year.

I'm definitely going to rent or try Madden out this year before plopping down $60. NCAA ruined football games this year for me.

Ill watch the Madden boards from afar and take the "wait and see" approach. Betwen watching the NFL and fantasy football, that will hold me over. I sat out Madden 07, 08, & 09. So skipping the game isnt new to me.

I won't be getting madden on release day that's for sure. I'll wait about a month to see what people around here are saying about it. I got burned last year and bought madden on release day and I think I played it twice than went back to NCAA.
