In RTG, as the QB you have to get plays from the coach, and have a limited amount of additional plays. I was wondering if there was a way to play the game like you could before, where you can make as many audibles as you want without maxing out the coach trust meter. My friend told me this is how he was playing RTG, so I'm guessing there is an option for this somewhere that I just can't find.

You have to earn the coaches trust first. As they trust you more, you can call your own plays, audible etc.

I'm trying to find a way to play without the whole coaches trust thing. My friend said he was able to go through the game without doing that, but I haven't seen any options like that. I'm beginning to think he's mistaken.

as far as I could tell there is no way around it. You can audible and all that stuff in high school, but as soon as you hit college, you have to start from scratch. Your only power is the ability to call hurry up

If you play decently enough you'll earn your coaches trust in the first season. Its not difficult or painstaking.
