Over on EA forums, they're saying it's Microsoft that's holding this up while testing the patch. No mention of a Sept 7th release date.

I don't think so - but there are members around who would know for sure. I'm not 100%.

Actually, they will. Someone put a list out a while back, at certain positions with certain tendencies there will always be switch to a different tendency. For example, balanced QB's will always become Scramblers, and vice versa.

The thing that has me the most upset about this is we have to wait till the 7th for the tuner set which defeats the whole purpose of EA implementing them.

Why release a tuner set now, when it's likely going to be dependent on the patch?

So they could fix little things like coaching progression for one Ben said it would be fix via tuner set.
