I am coaching ND and the requirements are to win the National Cahampionship. Well, its not gonna happen, its year 2, I went 10-3, the first year, I'm 6-2 in year 2, but the talent level is not as good as it was in year 1. If I'm fired, how can I continue to coach ND?

You pretty much have to either start a new dynasty or make another team good enough until you can quit and try to get the Notre Dame job again. That being said, when you quit your other job the ND job may not even be available. Your best bet if you have to be ND is to start a new dynasty.

What happens if I resign as coach before I get fired, can I create a new coach to take them over or am I just finished. The problem is we have a 5-team dynasty going so if someone gets fired, they will have to play with another team or I guess be knocked out.

if you resign you will only get offers from mainly 1-2 star schools. how many years are left on you contract? if you have a few years then don't worry. but if this is your last year you'll most likely be packing up and moving.

You may not get fired. What is your approval rating at. But u can create another coach and take over any team u want.

Just create a coach in the middle of the season. It lets you take any team you want that.

As long as your doing possitive things its likely you wont be fired. I did a Dynasty with Army. I was able to everything ok until my extension came and one of the requirements was win a national chapionship. I wasn't able to do it in the time alotted but was still doing good things for the team. They didn't fire me. They actually gave me an extension.
