Graphics seem "washed out" this year

This is the main reason why I prefer playing daytime games. At night time, some of these fields and uniforms look way too washed out to the point it looks like I'm playing NCAA 09 again.

This probably also explains why the uniforms don't get dirty like they should, especially the white ones.

Night games are the worst. A ton of stadiums, particularly Nebraska's, are unbelievably bright and washed out, to the point where it is nearly impossible to see the yellow mark for receiving.

Of all things, the colors should be much richer and sharp, I have no idea why they took this route.

Yeah WVU's colors are off. The yellow color is almost flourescent green on the game. I hate the color scheme they chose for this year's game.

Looks like I took my copy and ran through the rinse cycle with Tide with Bleach. I bet the EA developers like to paint with water colors when they were kids.

Sad thing is, I don't remember anyone complaining about the graphics from last year. I am sure whoever did this, spent alot of time and resources making everything Pastel. Does anyone know how this works? Did they have to revamp the entire engine including graphics because of the new tackling animations or do they just build upon the 2011 engine?

I think the lighting is too bright when they are in the light, because the uniforms look much better in the shadows right before they do the run outs, at least the game's in HD, it could look like a SEC on CBS broadcast (Of course, that could be my CBS station's fault, not CBS's.)

But in regards to the thread, I really dont notice this. To me, the game looks better than last year in most regards. Especially as it pertains to uniforms/helmets, etc. Although I havent played it nearly as much due to all the issues.

I do wish they could replicate real life day games better with the lighting. They HDR lighting is a bit overdone at times
