Unlocking-Promises

As an OC in a offline dynasty can you unlock promises. I was also a head coach and won a couple national championships and still no promises being unlocked. Is this a bug, or do I need to be a head coach for like 5 years or more?

I know in previous games the promises were more tied into coach rep. After a few good seasons 3-4, and a strong rate of completing promises, that more were unlocked over time.

I know for a fact from my gameplay experince, that it wasn't a one or two year process

Okay maybe I just need to keep balling and winning and the promises will come. LOL

This is also from experinces from years past. So hopefully someone can give better imput about this years version.

Make promises and keep them then they will unlock the rest.

It took me until season 6 as head coach to unlock all promises. I kept almost all of my promises (the exception being Decent Playing Time First Year before I knew what it REALLY meant). All of my seasons were successful and against strong schedules -- so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it.
