Weight/Height Question

I don't know if this has been asked and answered but I'm just curious since I couldn't find anything on it.

This pertains to an online dynasty where you adjust players height and weight. Does this effect the player in any way? My assumption is height would help a receiver with a good jump rating with catching those high and tight passes and weight would help a running back truck better, but does it actually do that?

I cant say for sure, maybe it's just the way I play the game but....I have noticed a difference in breaking tackles with bigger backs than smaller backs. In turn, it seems as if smaller backs seem to have better luck with the juke move than bigger backs. Same with offensive linemen.
My basis for this stems from my current dynasty with Hawaii. Alex Green is my "go-to" back. He's decent sized (6'0 225). He seems to have better luck running through tacklers than his backup, Chizee Dimude whos 5"10 190. However Chizze seems to have a better ability to juke and less when trying to run through people.
My offensive line is big, averaging about 6'3 290 per man. In instant replay they seem to be better in run blocking than their attributes show, versus defenders who have higher strength ratings, but are smaller in size. Again, I cant say this is programmed into the game, just some observations.

Yeah I thought you couldn't edit height/weight in OD, but I saw you could one day and made all of my WR's and DB's over 6'6". Made all of my O-line 7' 400lbs, and took the builds down so they just look jacked and not fat at all.
