Question about Coaching Carousel

If you are an OC at a school that is doing well, will u ever have the chance to become the HC of that school if the HC is completing all his goals because of u?

The problem is the better you do as an OC, the more goals your HC hits as well. So unless he leaves or retires, no you can't take his job

Exactly!
The only workaround is to hit your goals, but still tank the team overall. How? Well you could trash your team, but who wants to lose? The only real things you can sabotage without losing games right now is the recruiting, maybe move to the Sun Belt and only play them and FCS so they don't get top 25 rankings, but that's about it.

Starting at a 2*/3* school and moving to their HC is easy. If you start at a 4* or above your kinda tanked..
