Profile info erased?

Nearing the end of year 5 in my '11 dynasty and all my profile info (trophies, highlights and custom sounds) has vanished!!! I'm positive I didn't erase or overwrite it somehow.

Anyone have this happen? Is there some way to retrieve it? I am an offline player.

I am sorry this happened bud! I know that was a lot of time and work lost. I had this happen one time. I started the game and poof... all of my info was just gone. Unfortunately, I never was able to figure out what happened. Again, tough break!

Thanks, dude. I only have the BCS title game to play before moving to '12. So I guess it could be worse. At least I wrote down the team's accomplishments.

BTW...I did find the custom sounds. Is that in any way a sign that the other info can be found? I doubt but just wondering.
