Program to Succeed?

I have a question about recruiting starting with a small prestige program. Say I take a program like Duke football, and I go undefeated. (I play on heisman, so that wont happen...) But if hypothetically I did, will my team gain more stars, and will I be able to get higher recruits? Then if I go back to back good seasons, do recruits start to realize how good the program is and does my recruiting ability go up?
