I've played almost 200 ranked quick matches. My record is 112-90 (W 8).

Yet for some reason I'm still a level 2.

Why is this? I notice at the end of my games I have very low skill points....usually 10-20, while sometimes my opponents have 60+ even if they lose. Could this be the reason?

The skill level of your opponents are low this keeping you at a lower level. Enjoy it; I'm level 21 and I deal with cheese during every ranked match.
