When do you get a conference invite? Is it after or before recruiting? I heard that computer controlled teams can't get a conference invite only user controlled ones, is this true? If I were to create a coach and assign him to a team, would that team be considered user controlled? (the names of the players and stuff show up highlighted in the stat menus etc) There are a few mid-majors in my dynasty like Colorado State and Fresno State that are up to 5 star prestige and win 10+ games a year and I would like them join the Big X11, Pac-10 etc.

yes, before recruiting

can cpu controlled....

i have yet to see one, and i am 99 percent sure that the cpu doesnt move conferences...

oh, and colorado state,arent' they so awesome?

So, like after all of the bowl games are played and it says "advance to offseason", once you click yes a menu will pop up telling you a certain team will be invited to a new conference?

Is this how it works?

after the final bowl game is played or simmed, and before the box pops up to advance, a large box will pop up and offer you a spot

I got Wyoming in the Big 12 Conference in like 3 or 4 years (I play a lot). We got Oklahoma State put out. Now I am workin on gettin another team into a conference.

you got Wyoming into the Big 12?

thats awesome. i'm using them. i've had winning season my last 2 years. i'm like 19-6 or 22-6 in 2 years and 3 games.

hopefully i can do that.

i got af into the big 12 they kicked out baylor. they should do that anyway bring in arkansas. but i am almost positive that only user controlled teams can change conferences. i once played about 5 or 6 years with notre dame before moving to tenn to rebuild them, and never got an invite from the big ten only the mac (yeah). but all the big ten (11), teams did well those years.
