So I am playing CC and I won a NC with Northwestern in year 2 of a 2 year deal and was awarded coach of the year. My approval was at 100% but then I re-signed and my approval went back down to 57%. I find this kind of strange. What should a coach have to do to attain "Dear Leader" status. I would think if I just won a NC they wouldn't be coming back at me the next season with "Fill all team needs by the off-season each year." To me the carousel is kind of broken with a lot of arbitrary "goals." When what really matters is winning and anybody who wins is going to have high approval and a lot of leeway.

Amen to that. I think there should be more goals such as "Beat such and such team on your schedule", or have a certain record in conference or overall or whatever. They would be much more heavily weighted than specific stat goals.
