Madden devs put in more effort than the Ncaa devs

I wouldn't say it's an effort thing, it's a money and other resource thing.

This is purely a guess, but I'd guess that the Madden team has at least twice the budget of NCAA Football and has a lager dedicated development team.

I know Madden sells at least twice the amount of copies that NCAA does, if not much much more.
