No Coaching Carousel Improvements?

This. This is what you begin to think when you don't hear anything on the day that you should. I had been waiting for May the 7 since EA released their timeline. The ONLY thing I wanted to know was about what they had done to improve/fix the coaching carousel. The day passes and I hear nothing. Am I supposed to be enthused? Don't get me wrong, the changes/additions to dynasty mode are great. But to me, they are all for naught if the carousel doesn't have some extensive work. I would just like an explanation for why it hasn't been talked about or if it can be, then tell us about the work (or lack thereof) done to it.

The only problem I ever had with CC is the fact that when you signed an extension at your current school, your job security went back to 50%. Should stay where it was, if not improve.

Oh, and the inability to be promoted at your school.

According to an admin at TSO (I assume he is one of the people who has been playing the game) he didn't believe any changes were made to CC, including the logic. His post is down a few on the page.

That and failed goals were rarely replaced with new ones. Over the span of six seasons I had at least four seasons with 9+ wins and only one losing season (4-8). Two years after that losing season I was fired because all the failed goals kept me on the hot seat. And all of this was with a lowly mid major.
