NCAA 12 Simulation strategies?

I'm running a sim dynasty with Georgia and I've built up a very talented team, but I seem to lose a lot, even playing cupcakes I schedule. Does anyone have any strategy when setting strategies. I've heard setting aggressiveness to high can be bad, but is there anything people have found that works well?

When I turned Boise State into Wishbone option / 3-4 D team, Aggressiveness is used for running fast-paced(offense) and blitzing every play (defense). I think my O-strategy was 20-30 R/P with 70-85 aggressiveness (50+ runs per game). Defense was 50-60 with 50-65 aggressiveness. With the defense, watch your opponents' offense strategy.
