Night Games?

Didn't see this posted. Has anyone notices that the stadium lights are turned off durning night games. Or when the camera shows the lights they seems to just flicker? It's getting annoying

I've noticed that the lights are not on at certain angles or some lights aren't on at certain angles and as the camera moves they come on. I noticed it in NCAA 12 also. I think it may have something to do with all the HDR they have been doing. It may also be to simulate how those lights are in focused fixtures and from certain angles, you don't see the actual light, such as in a recessed light in the ceiling, they have a cone they sit down in. But, I barely notice it though. What I have noticed is the gradual change in the sky in late afternoon games versus the abrupt change in the sky. Finally.
