Insight on promises

Was hoping for some insight on the following promises.

Promise good national exposure: what qualifies as good?

Will win a national title: first year on campus or in general?

Game in home state: if I'm Ohio State, and I'm recruiting a guy from Ohio, does this count? Also, is this first year or in general?

Re: Insight on promises

Unless it says first season, it is over their career at your school.

Yes, if you're OSU, promising a home game to an Ohio recruit is smart.

nothing for sure but as i interpret good national exposure would be getting a few national televised games. getting a high ranking in the top 25 and definitely getting a high rating, say, top 10 in the BCS in consecutive years would be how I would interpret it. it may not need need to include all of this to constitute meeting and keeping this promise, but I feel like if you accomplish most or all of these things, you will definitely get good national exposure. just my $0.02 though. maybe someone else will chime in with some additional information.

None of what I'm about to say can be confirmed as being for sure. However, good national exposure would include getting a few national televised games throughout the year. It can also be getting a high ranking in the top 25 and most definitely getting a high rating, say, top 10 in the BCS in consecutive years. This would be how I would interpret it. It may not need need to include all of these things to constitute meeting and keeping this promise, but I feel like if you accomplish most or all of these things, you will definitely get good national exposure. Of course, this is just my $0.02 though. Perhaps someone else will chime in with some additional advice or information.
