Recruiting Strategies?

With the new recruiting features this year does anyone have any strategies that have worked for them thus far? Is it even worth the time to scout players?

woah woah woah woah... haha just kidding, it IS worth the time to scout players. that way you will know if they are a gem (better player) or bust (worse player) that their preset ratings state. if you are a big school go with about 15 recruits on your board and do 40 minutes each on a week to week basis if you have enough good pitches. if you are a smaller school go with 20-25 and do anywhere from 10-30 minutes.. depending on how many pitches they are interested in. In your first year recruit anyone and i mean anyone you can to get pipeline states of California, Texas, Florida, and Pennsylvania.. this will pay off in the long run. If you are recruiting from somewhere in your state or a players state that is from someone in your conference then promise them a game in their home state.. hope this helps.. and try to recruit against other schools and downgrade them as much as possible if your pitches are rated higher than theirs in that category
