im 3 years into my army dynasty and so far 2 of my coaches have gone on to larger schools. one went on to be the OC at florida, the other is head coach of SMU. i was wondering if anyone else kept track of their coaching trees. i wish the game would track it for us.

this would be a lot cooler if you could hire your coordinators, (if it's in the game...), but i really don't follow my coaches, because i have no relationship with them aka right now June Jones is my OC, a run n shoot coach in my Multiple Off which features option

then CC is really bad this year, coaches jump after a year, and HC's still take OC/DC jobs at bigger schools (has this ever happened in real life?), and specialization is now ignored, i've seen Mike Leach go be a DC

he was fired from Notre Dame though, in this game HC's leave for Coordinator positions

And he was with the Chiefs before Florida. So he actually went from NFL OC to college OC.
