Do player ratings change in the middle of games?

I'm playing my son in an exhibition game and I am UAB, he's Michigan. I went up 24-7 at one point and looked at my depth chart, and most of my players had ratings in the 90s and all of my WRs had 99 speed, which is obviously not what it should be.

We immediately quit the game and I checked my roster and it was the correct, terrible roster it was supposed to be.

Are there dynamic ratings in the middle of games or was this some sort of glitch? Is there a way to turn it off?

There is not dynamic player rating change for users (other than/hot cold streaks but they dont show up). Before starting the game you may have accidentally pressed the 'balance teams' button which could explain boosted stats.

Are you sure about this because ive had some guys ratings go up and down during my season. Im pretty sure you are wrong on this, If I am....sorry

Im pretty sure you or your son hit the button to balance teams or there was just some crazy glitch.

I'm pretty sure it's only after every 3-4 weeks your guys will get a boost based on performance...not during the game.

true, and even then its not like a major boost, you may get a boost in certain skills and i have never seen more than 4 point temporary increase.

Yeah, he must have accidentally hit the "make teams even" mechanism. We thought we were going crazy and I knew my team shouldn't have been performing as well as it was (I usually play with a bad team when playing him just to even the playing field).
