Remaining HC after getting fired?

Good evening. I'm trying to find out if there is way to remain the HC of a team after getting fired (which for me is damn near inevitable lol). Bottom line is, once I choose the team I'm going to use (Akron in this case), I want to continue to use the team whether I have a winning or losing season.

With the implementation of the hiring/firing thing, I'm usually a goner after the very first year (think it might be glitches in some cases)

Sooo, is it possible for me to just bodysnatch the next HC that the CPU hires for the team once my specific guy is fired?

You do have the option of turning off the Coaching Contracts

turn off coaching contracts.

If you are doing an offline dynasty you can just go to the coach info section of the coaches tab and go to create a new coach and put him wherever you want. It's kind of a cheap work around but it works if you want the coaching carousel going on and you want to keep at a place where you get messed over.

Turn off coaching carousel or force the coach back to the school.

Thats exactly what I was looking for. I don't want to turn off coach carousel/contracts, but I do want to stay with the same team for more than one year, I don't mind the coaches name or whatever. Thanks for the info.
