Stupid question, but I always play in offline dynasty so how does online dynasty work? May be a vague question, but not familiar with it.

Basically you can have up to 12 member in the league. You can set whig teams others can pick, the rules of the league, etc. with the right members in the league, it can be a very fun experience.
