How do you build a barry switzer oklahoma team

I know how to run the flexbone and wishbone very well but in kind of a glitchy way.

how do i recruit for this.

and how do i build a defense like his teams had

Run block O-lineman, Blocking TightEnds, scrambling QB, blocking fullback, typically you want wide receivers who can block but you can't scout the actual wr's for their blocking rating so maybe you can put some of your blocking TightEnds as your receivers and just sub them out when you want to throw passes. As for your running backs I personally like speed because your Fb is a bruiser and u want speed to get outside. Goodluck with everything :-)

I think those are all good suggestions. But I might also suggest trying to find some really fast receiving tight ends and converting them to WR. They probably would have more blocking ability than WRs but would be as fast as possession type receivers used in this style of offense.
