I'm not much of a college football video game fan but I bought NCCA 13 already. I then returned it once I found out M13 has no imported draft classes.

Ive been tempted to start a dynasty since college season has came around. Should I buy NCAA 13 again or find updates rosters for 12? Are their 2012 rosters for NCAA 12?

NCCA 13 never heard of it, but NCAA 13 i have.

i'd just keep NCAA 12 and look for updates. pretty sure someone did an update but can't remember whom.

NCAA 13 is really not much different from 12. If you have 12 already, I'd stay with that and just hope there will be some signifigant difference in 14. Lack of improvement in coaching carousel, continued ignoring of blocking logic, etc.

12 is a solid improvement from 11 in custom playbooks, custom conferences, coaching carousel. I don't think 13 adds enough for a non cbf can to warrant a purchase.
