Do you use an h-back? Rutgers is currently using a TE as a FB because their #1 FB was lost for the year that may also be an option.

That's not an option if he still plans to use Tom Osborne's offense. The FB is used for blocking/running dives 99.9% of the time. If you're going to keep that offense, the only choice in my opinion is WR since his speed is 85. Then I'd focus on recruiting good blocking TEs.
