Players Dropped to 0 OVR?

I was recruiting in my dynasty last week before Sandy. For some reason it was giving two of us East Coast guys dynasty errors when attempting to save the recruiting. So the following weeks I have two players who went from being rated 76 and 75 OVR to 0 OVR. It shows them as -76 and -75. One is a ATH and one was a FS. I dropped the FS off the board because I already had two highly rated pipeline FS interested. But I would still like to get the ATH. Is he really going to come in as a 0 OVR rated prospect? Or is it just a glitch that will work itself out going forward?

It's a glitch. It works itself out if you scout him again.
