Florida's multiple D

Can anyone give me some tips and maybe a breakdown of Florida's multiple D? Like what formation do they typically use, how often they blitz, and etc?

The most common in real life? Typically Champ and co run the 3-4 "odd" and a lot of 4-3 over. He sends a lot of blitzes I would venture to say about 90% of plays he runs some sort of blitz and 70% of those are a typical zone blitz from either the "buck" (hybrid LB/DE) or a FS blitz. Also I tend to notice a great deal of cover 1 and cover 2 switch in certain situations.
