Silent Tackles and BIG Player NAMES on Coordinator View

thats what I initially thought too...that is why I lowered all the crowd volumes and announcers.............the sound fx are simply missing from the tackles

You hear the pads and the pops when the ball is snapped at the line of scrimmage, but you dont hear them on tackles

I just hope EA fixes this....and gives us the option to turn OFF player names

for clarification, Im just talking about the coordinator view...they seem to be completely missing.

You can hear them on other cam angles if you lower the crowd and the commentators. And they actually sound quite realistic because they arent overdone like Madden games of old...and they sound natural. But they are completely missing from the coordinator view.

Anyone know if the release version fixes the silent sounding tackles?.......anyone have the early download version from EA to observe this in Coordinator view?


Also did they add an option to TURN OFF Player names after the snap?

Even on the retail version I still hear muffled to basically no sounds of pads, tackling, etc. of players. I only hear muffled sounds of pads smacking when the ball is snapped then afterwards it is basically players just grunting or talking. This needs to be looked at tbh.

this is a bit of a shame.....the lack of realistic pads and hit sounds really ruins the immersive feeling of impact
