What would be a few or a couple of the best defensive units in the small conferences to start a dynasty with ?

If you're going into a small conference there is a big chance that most teams will line up with no huddle spread. So I'd say create a defensive package around 4-2-5 or 3-3-5. Basically you'll have to look over which roster you're going to have and adjust your packages to play to their strengths.
