CPU VS CPU DYNASTY, BEST DAMN THING I EVER DID

After playing countless games in UT Mode where you cannot change the Sliders, I can say they are anything BUT perfect or even good.

No HOLDING. Never been called even once.

Excessive CLIPPING. Subs for HOLDING, I suppose.

No INJURIES. Not even sure this is a slider, but injuries never occur. Or, at least, haven't in the 50+ UT games I've played. Something to note when editing players, anyway.

CPU run game is far too effective. Every Defense is a bend and break defense. Doesn't matter how great your players are by comparison. The CPU can run on you at will, if they want. Often you will beat them simply because they are dumb play callers. Not because you are better.

Defensive AI is bad. They will literally run past the guy with the ball, feel the wind off each other, and run on by.

Really wouldn't take many tweaks to the Sliders to make the gameplay great though.

Wow I did not realize the amount of others that were interested in coach mode!! I have always done my dynasties offline but with this many coach mode players it would be cool to get a coach mode od going. If enough players were interested in this idea I think it would be pretty neat

Sorry, but how does this work?

You call the plays then don't touch the controller? Or leave both controllers in the middle at the team select screen?

OR, do both work?

Want to try it. Please advise.

He's talking about leaving both controllers in the middle.

You can also select coach mode in the controls where you just call the plays and the AI handles the rest.

My first season in a dynasty my team only allowed 103 ypg rushing on Heisman difficulty on default sliders, my defensive line has no one higher than a 90 and played in pac 12 which is a run heavy conference... with the new running game you have to make sure you tackle well, I've found less hit sticking to be extremely effective.

Just set-up your dynasty like you normally do, once you are about to play your game, move the controller to the middle. It will ask you if you know you are about play a CPU vs CPU game once you hit play game.

Just started a CPU vs CPU dynasty with UVa and I love it so far! I'm 1-0 and in a game at Baylor right now. We are up 21-14 with 3 minutes to go in the fourth quarter. I think it'd be cool to have a thread or something for CPU vs CPU players to go and chat during our games.
