When creating a team what do your program?

Like things such as academic prestige, athletic facilities?

And which is the best default roster to start off with?

personally unless I'm making a team who I specifically want to be dominant in my dynasty then I bottom out all recruiting pitches so I can build them up myself in dynasty.

For roster I usually pick a lowly rated team that fits the geography of my created team so for teams in the Northeast UMass is a good option for example some other good choices for rebuilding are Texas State, UTSA, ODU, Akron
