Does anyone know how the coach progression settings work in OD? Does that setting affect the user coaches, or just CPU? If I set it to slow, does it increase the amount of XP needed to get to each level? Make it harder to gain XP? Looking to set up my OD now that the rosters are out. Any help would be appreciated.

The setting you pick for coach progression effects all coaches including users. Not sure about your other question though.
