And I agree with a guy above that said the issue happens in real life, but it happens too often in the game. That being said though, I think it's cool they added it to the game.

TBH this is just a side-effect of physics based game simulation; it wasn't added on purpose. That being said, this is some emergent game play that actually mimics real life, which is a huge plus in my eyes.

That isn't a glitch. The player wasn't down, which is why you don't hear the whistle blow. They just didn't implement it well.

Its a nice addition, but waaaaaaay over done. I would guess it happens 7-8 times a game in my offline dynasty. I havent had anyone get back up yet though. Just ball carriers lying on top of the tackler for a couple of seconds before the whistle blows.

I agree it happens too much. The first time I witnessed it was in the final min of epic game. My wr caught a post and was seemingly tackled by CB but he wasn't. I could've kept going. But the SS made the play before I realized.
