Get him in the slot as much as possible, then any 1 WR set you have put him there and use those for goal line fades and other redzone passes. He will be a TD machine.

Sorry to burst your bubble about the 'next mike vick' u recruited.. but athletes with around 90 speed and throw power and accuracy in the 80s are a dime a dozen in this game. In all honesty, I usually recruit at least 1 every year. Plus yours has only 70 elusiveness, nothing like Mike Vick.
