Custom Playbook Problem

Anybody know a fix to my CPB issue? Ive tried researching it to no avail.

Every user game I play in my OD I do not have some formations, including my Special Teams. I cannot punt, kick FG's or XP's?

I've had this happen before once in an online ranked match. Not sure what triggered it.

There isn't a special teams formation in the scrolling play book. You just push "y" or "triangle" to get to it...

That doesn't work. If I press Y it just takes me to regular plays

I had the same thing happen a year or two ago. My opponent didn't believe me, haha.
