what can I control as an offensive/defensive coordinator vs head coach.

I just got fired as a head coach and was only offered coordinator positions.
will I still be able to recruit?
will I still be able to play both sides of the ball and call plays etc?

I just need a breakdown, Thanks

You can recruit do everything a head coach can except you can't use the opposite side of the ball and special teams. So if you're an offensive coordinator you only control offense and vice versa.
