Online Dynasty: Coordinator (User) vs. Head Coach (User)

I've searched the forum and can't find a thread on this. What happens when two users face off in an Online Dynasty where one is a Head Coach (full control of offense and defense) and the other is just a coordinator (only controlling offense or defense)?

Does the OC get to play defense against the HC?

Does the OC just have to watch while the HC plays offense?

Very curious as to what happens. If you know, please fill me in.

User controls both offense and defense even though they are a coordinator. They also get whatever benefits the HC has for the team. I was a DC last game and had the coachstradmus and other abilities.
