This is my twist on a relegation system. Kind of a combination of Teemaat, timeetyo, and JoshC1977's systems. I may have left out some stuff in rules and it isn't super specific in the rules. Basically movement is up to your discretion but there are rules restricting it. If I left out something or you have questions please ask so I can improve this system. BCS bowls are:
Pac-12- any
Big 10- any
Big 12- any
SEC- any
MWC- Rose
AAC- Fiesta
ACC- Orange
MAC- Sugar

Are these files even accessible because when I downloaded it and tried to open it to test it it wouldn't let me open it. If I went to excel or word I could still get it though.

Conference schedule start-Week 1 all
Night games in November-All
Protected rivals in Elite Tier is completely optional but I suggest making it the most intriguing match up. Mid Tier has no protected rivals.
