How do you determine player ratings??
Thanking of making rosters for NCAA 13 with this years rosters and recruits. I am lost of how EA determines player ratings though. Ive seen a chart on here that broke down how ratings were determines on NCAA 13. Please help?

Or could someone of people come up with ratings for the new freshman and Juco players and post them online. Would be appreciated!!
