Two words: March Madness. If this goes on for more than half a year more then we won't be seeing an NCAA game for a long time. The team has been/will be dissolved. All the eggs will go to Madden and the start up costs to get it going again wouldn't warrant the result. I wish I could have NCAA on my Xbox One as much as the next guy, but it won't be coming from any major publisher anytime soon.

It's not getting settled any time soon. This is going to take years to exhaust, when you consider the number of appeals both sides will have. Just on number of appeals alone, you're looking at a 2-7 year process depending on the first ruling.

NCAA is digging in on this lawsuit, they're not relenting 1 iota... and the reality is that the law and precedence is on their side. The players have won small battles, but the NCAA knows the war is in their favor when it comes to court rulings.

Then you complicate matters with NCAA filing an injunction and lawsuit against EA for settling with the players.
