I wouldn't hold my breath on EA doing that, given their (pretty bad) track record on fixing things.

I've heard that they will bring it back for NCAA 16, since in the settlement they were supposedly only barred from making one this year, or something of that nature

Wow, ten people signed the petition! EA doesnt deserve all the blame though, I blame those greedy college players who think they deserve to get paid for a video game, you get paid when you go pro. If you fail at that you don't deserve to get paid.

Yeah, it doesn't matter how many people sign this petition. It's not a matter of fan interest, there's plenty of it there.
No company wants to get involved in the legal mess that college sports video games would bring at this time and likely for several more years to come.
