for a sportsking you dont know too much, they do this every year for every college game. If you pick a guy to be your cover boy of course you want him to be in your first screen shots.

perhaps the better question will be what game will have Mike Williams and Maurice Clarrett?

Being is how the court ruling will not happen until after the final rosters are done, the intial rosters on both games will have neither one. If the courts rule in favor of the players, a roster update for live and PS2 should include them. If they rule against them, well Clarett will not be in either period and only if NCAA has roster updates online will Williams be in it, provided he gets reinstated by the NCAA.
