Will players be able to change positions ie WR to CB QB-WR...

I think this should be added into NCAA..because so many players change their positions for example..James Banks who was a blue-chip QB in HS was changed into a WR last season for the Tennessee Vols'..IMO this would be a big addition to the game because it will help alot esp in Dynasty Mode*

yeah I hope they implement this into this years game, because sometimes you get QB's who are crazy fast but can't throw to save their life so they would be a good WR or DB.

I proposed for this last year. I doubt that they would implement it into this year's game. Seems like too good of an idea and you know how long it takes for them to be put to use.

This might go in the game with the recruiting athletes feature. If you are able to recruit athletes(which I've heard is gonna be in it, but I'm not sure what stuff is from EA and what stuff is speculation right now), then you would have to, at some point, choose a position for them(a little off note, it would be very cool if you got to choose positions for one of those guys and it didn't work out so they transferred in hopes of getting a shot at playing a different position). but i think if they are letting you choose a position for an "athlete" you recruit then it wouldn't be too much more of a step to allow you to change a guys position during the offseason(and hopefully they do it right, if you go from offense to defense you should loose a lot of overall rating from the awareness, but if the guy is talented enough, he should improve rapidly in the next few seasons).

There's updated info for NCAA College Football 2005,and the answer is yes players can change positions,but only if he is an "Athlete"
