Yeah I understand that, its just disappointing that so many of these have been made, but haven't even started.

I use to recreate the story line players from Madden 13 each season of my dynasty. I only had 5-7 each season but it would take me some time to do. I didn't pull ratings from thin air but rather copied their rookie ratings. It still took me a good hour to create them then log them into my spread sheet to track. I don't think people realize how much you gave to put into this. That is not to even mention recruiting time or playing the games of the dynasty if you don't sim the season.
