Setting up websites where you can wager money on online tournaments and leagues. Is that legal to do? Wagering money for college football tournaments and stuff would be a lot of fun. Maybe even set up odds.

Uhh . . . That's called gambling and it's illegal except at OTB's, Vegas, Atlantic City, and American Indian reservations.

I can't remember where I read it, but there is either a disclaimer in the game, a law speficially for this or something else that you really can't bet on video game tournaments.

Most betting is illegal and I don't know if videogame betting is illegal but at the very least it's heavily frowned upon.

I haven't read all that much on on-line betting, but, I do know that some websites have found loopholes in laws by doing things like renting servers in other countries - to get away from rules that only apply to companies that are physically located in one state or the other.
