un able to upload team data process fix?

We have 2 different lgs an everyone is getting the error message after games and on the recruiting menu...is there any fix ?

I HAVE A FIX!!
I would like to specify that this is what worked for me but it might not work for everyone.
Okay so this is what worked for me:


From the Xbox 360 dashboard (or PS3 home screen)
Navigate to the Settings Tab.
Select System Settings.
Select Storage.
Highlight the Hard Drive and press Y (Triangle).
Select Clear System Cache.
Confirm, allow the operation to complete, then restart the console.

I tried this on my 360 and I didn't get the error message after I recruited in my OD.

This may not work for some people because some people in my OD tried it and it didn't work. But thos worked for me amd hopefully for other people to.
